Pre-orders are for made to order items. Payment is charged immediately at checkout, not at shipping. If you need to cancel your pre-order for any reason, please email at customerservice@heronandswan.com. Pre-orders can be cancelled within 3 days. After that allotted time, your order cannot be cancelled as the item(s) will already be in production. If you order an in-stock item with a pre-order, you will not be charged for shipping twice. Your in-stock item(s) will be shipped in 3-5 business days and your pre-order item(s) will ship once items is produced. Returns are processed 30 days after the order ships, not from when the order was placed. Pre-orders on jewelry will be handcrafted and delivered within 5 weeks, unless otherwise noted. Pre-orders on silver decor items will be handcrafted and delivered within 8-10 weeks, depending on the item, unless otherwise noted.
